Once a return has been authorised, please send the item(s) to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or 14 days of confirmation in cases where a return of goods is not required). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Orders may be cancelled without charge if the request is made before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the returns process above.
